Shipping Timing

Please refer to the item's individual listing for details on timing.

When your item is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. Projected arrival times are estimates as we do not have control over the postal service, however we will do our best to assist if a package is delayed.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Spine and Soul cannot be held responsible or liable for any packages once they have been shipped. Unfortunately, refunds are not available for package theft or if the item is lost in the mail. But, we will do our best from the start to work with you and make sure you have a great experience.


Incorrect Address/Address Change Requests

Any orders including misspelled names and incorrect shipping addresses due to client's error will not be refunded once shipped. Replacements can be purchased for full price.

Please make sure your address is correct when you check out. We are unable to change the shipping address once you have placed your order as a protective policy. Please double check your address is correct, as we will send the package to that address. If you need to change the address, please send us a message within 1 hour of purchase.


International Shipping

Items will be shipped First Class and can take anywhere from 1–4 weeks depending on location. Spine and Soul cannot be held responsible for delayed shipping time because of customs issues. It is also important to know if your country has a VAT import tax — if so, your post office may charge you an additional fee to pick up your item. This is fully out of our control and each buyer is individually responsible for paying these costs.
